Refunds and Exchanges
I pride myself in providing high-quality products and your satisfaction is important to me. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me immediately upon receiving merchandise to resolve issue.
Items can be returned within 14 business days. Returned items must be sent with a tracking number. Refunds will be issued once item is received back (minus return shipping charge).
WooCommerce.com and our payment process submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. More details can be found via Stripe.com at Customer refund processing time.
Paypal, Apple Pay and major credit cards are accepted.
Payment Plans are available – If you are interested in a payment plan, please contact me and I will put the item on Reserve for you.
A non-refundable 25% downpayment is due at that time. The balance is due within 60 days. We can set up a payment plan at the time of transaction for when payments will be made. You can choose to have payments split into 2 or 3 installments. The item must be paid in full within 90 days of initial transaction, otherwise I reserve the right to remove the reserve and sell the item.
Domestic pieces are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Each piece is well wrapped and protected for the journey to your home.
International Buyers items are sent via International Standard Mail. Delivery time will be 2-8 weeks depending on your location and customs.
Buyers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees
